How long does the process take?
Most projects are completed within 4–8 weeks, depending on size and complexity. This covers surveys, concept development, drawings, revisions, and preparing everything needed for planning or building regulation approval.
Will I need planning permission?
Not always — many loft conversions and extensions fall under permitted development rights. We’ll assess your property early on and, if planning is needed, handle the entire application process for you.
Can you work with my builder?
Yes — we often work alongside builders and contractors, providing them with detailed drawings and specifications to ensure the build matches the design. We can also support with contractor selection if required.
What’s included in each package?
Each package includes planning drawings, building regulation documents, and structural details. Higher tiers add CGI visualisations, technical information, and support from initial concept to construction.
